By now you are aware of the importance of getting outside of your neighborhood, city, or state. Or at least you should be. There’s nothing like traveling to make you realize that you are desirable to men world wide and to give you depth and make you interesting to other people.
But one thing that always stands in people’s way of traveling is the cost. There is this idea that traveling needs to be super expensive – and I get it: Hotels aren’t cheap, airplane tickets aren’t cheap, attractions aren’t cheap.
Here are some tips from CiaraHoneyDip on the subject – and I add my own tips below:
My tips for traveling the world cheap include entering contests (especially the ones that require you to write some type of response to enter. A lot of people won’t bother and you will have a good chance of actually winning);
Finding a travel buddy so that you can split the costs of accommodation and getting around (splitting a taxi fare with other people surely helps. In some places you can still split fare by using an uber pool);
Going to places during their off peak season;
and Volunteering – whether you want to volunteer for a yoga retreat, or to help build houses somewhere, it’s a good way to do some good while seeing other parts of the world.
There are also so many blogs and books on the topic that if you really want to know what to do to travel cheap there’s no excuse. My favorite BW blogger is Oneika The Traveler.

It always amazes me how some people (especially people that have never been with a white man *couch* black men and a lot of black male identified black women, talk about not wanting to date out because White Men have small penises.
Donald Trump may have Yeti Pubes and a dick like the mushroom character in Mario Kart (according to stormy Daniels), but that doesn’t mean all white men are lacking.
I remember the first time I was with my first boyfriend (A white American guy) and I was surprised to find that he was able to please me just fine. Now, I guard the kitty pretty well and haven’t slept with a ton of guys but out of the sampling of men I’ve been with I’ve never had any problems.
Now, this could be because according to studies, black women have the tightest kitty kats – but I digress.
According to penissizes.org white men have the biggest penises after Black men.
So, if you’re a black women on the fence about dating white men because you think that they won’t be able to satisfy you (And I get it – sex in a relationship is a BIG DEAL for most people and I’ve decided against being intimate with other races of men because I got a feel for what they were working with), just look at the research.

Look, we all know that men are visual creatures (as well as women). You can’t expect to compete with those girls who look great in and out of clothes, or snag guys that make you bite your fist, if your body is looking tow up from the floor up!
The good news is it’s not too late to get it together – and it doesn’t have to be a total drag.
I love dance and so I choose to get my workout through various dance classes. I have fun and it doesn’t feel like a workout. The thing is, dance classes are not cheap.
Luckily, there are workout DVD’s to the rescue.

38-year-old actress, Tiffany Haddish, has been talking about her celebrity encounters again. This time it’s surprisingly NOT about Beyonce, but it’s still cringe-worthy nonetheless. For some reason Haddish thought it was a good idea to recount to The Hollywood Reporter all about how she met Leonardo Dicaprio at a party two to three months ago and propositioned him for sex (he turned her down).
“I asked him if he’d let me hit that. He’s like, ‘Tiffany, you’re so funny.’ I’m like, ‘I’m serious.’ And then he goes, ‘I mean, I’d do it, but …’ I was like, ‘Come on, wasn’t you in a squad? The coochie squad or something?’ ” she said, referencing the “p— posse” that DiCaprio was famously a part of with friends Tobey Maguire and Kevin Connolly.
“I told him, ‘My only stipulation: I wanna do it with you as your character in What’s Eating Gilbert Grape,’. He starts bustin’ up laughin’, ‘Why?’ he asks, and I say, ‘ ‘Cause I feel like that performance deserves a real reward and that reward is this [gestures at her own body].’”
In the film, DiCaprio plays 17-year-old Arnie Grape, who is severely autistic.
DiCaprio then began recounting his experience working on the 1993 drama in which he starred opposite Johnny Depp.
“He starts goin’ into how he got into the role, how he worked with these kids and all this stuff, and I’m just listenin’ and listenin’, like, ‘Mmm-hmm, mmm-hmm.’ I finally go, ‘All that’s good, I just need to know: When’s this gonna happen?’ ”
The emphasis on Leo’s reply was mine. I mean, that sounds really flattering right? “I’d do it, but…” Tiffany should be truly embarrassed to admit he actually said that.
Anyway, while it’s kind of good for this black woman in the spotlight to admit to finding White men attractive—she also admitted to telling Brad Pitt she wanted to “do it” with him to Kelly Ripa. Hey, at least she’s not loudly declaring she’s NBABM (nothing but a black man) like some celebrities who shall remain nameless. Still, this is not a good look!
First, who wants a ghetto/rachet chick besides ghetto/rachet men?

Third, this is unfeminine and unattractive behavior and she’s devaluing herself as girlfriend/wife material.
Finally, I know, I know, she’s a comedian, but this isn’t even funny.
Look, the thing is that White guys are not used to most women acting like this. And most women don’t act like this because it’s a turn off. I believe Tiffany could get a successful, attractive man because she is a beautiful woman, but it won’t happen if she keeps these antics up.

I came across Vincenzostylist on instagram ( https://www.instagram.com/vincenzostylist/ ) – it was a video of him (a very cute white guy) doing a little black girl’s very curly hair.
The caption read “‘A curly princess'”. It was the cutest video ever. He would trim the little girl’s ends and give her the clippings, instructing her to put them underneath her pillow so they would grow.
It was nice to see him calling her a princess with her natural curly hair (no need to straighten it to look like all the images of princesses she’s probably used to.) He was also so patient while she did was little girls do: moved about non-stop while he was trying to get her to stay still so he could give her a nice cute.
Anyway, I did a little scrolling and saw that many of his clients were black women. This was a little strange, since whenever I go to a white stylist and my curls pop after a wash (I normally get blow outs so I come in with my locks straightened) they get that deer in headlights look… like, hrmmm – how do I manage this?
Most of them can’t—they won’t put enough tension to get the edges straight, they detangle/comb my curls from the top to bottom instead of bottom to top, they want to dry the hair (not realizing curly hair should be kept wet), or try to just do a quick blow dry first resulting in a frizzy mess.
I then quickly realized that he was married to a black women and had a mixed family. Oh that explained his ability to slay our hair. And he proudly proclaims in his instagram profile that he does ALL HAIR.
He also says that he is accepting new clients. So you ladies in Long Island looking to get a color, shape up your ringlets, or silky blow out, hit him up.
The other day a black and white commercial came on featuring Jake Gyllenhaal (Brokeback Mountain, Nocturnal Animals)that caught my eye. In the commercial (Calvin Klein Eternity) Gyllenhaal recites e.e. cummings poetry along with what appears to be his wife/partner (real life model-advocate Liya Kebede ) to their daughter (child star Leila).
So convincing it was, I found myself wondering and of course googling, whether this was Jake’s real life interracial family. Turns out it isn’t. However, I did come across some commentary about the ad, dubbing it creepy.

Kyle Chrisley, the eldest son of Todd Chrisley on the reality show, “Chrisley Knows Best”, and the father of Chloe on the show, is truly “dancing to the beat of his own drum” in more than one way these days. He is not on the 2nd season of the reality show but he has decided to concentrate on his personal life, showing off his musical talent with his new wife.
Kyle, who has struggled with drug addiction as a teenager and young adult, is now happily married and has been making great strides with the help of his new bride Lexi. He had been in and out of facilities until he made a life changing decision of being 100% sober since August 2013 and is now making it his ultimate goal and determination to advocate on behalf of teenagers to encourage them to seek help early.
The country flair on their album is a direct result of Kyle’s love for country music rooted in his childhood from Anderson, South Carolina where he learned to play the guitar from the age of 12.
His new wife, Lexi, born, Alexus Whilby in Wilmington DE., is no stranger to the music business. She started recording at the age of 14 and has an unmatchable sound.
Realizing the importance of education, Lexi decided to vigorously pursue her education and will celebrate her graduation ceremony from Oglethorpe University this May.
Lexi has now turned her attention back to her love for music. Her contribution to this album is quite dynamic due to her eclectic styles of music inherited from her heritage. Lexi is born of Jamaican parents and was raised in Lyon, France. Her style is prominently POP, but surely can master any genre of music she pursues.
Lexi and Kyle’s love for each other and their music is noticeable in their collaborations on these songs. Check out Kyle playing his guitar and Lexi with her new country flair on their latest songs.
