Harlequin Wants to Patent The Essential Romantic Kiss

Check this out!

Just in time for Valentine’s day – romance novel publisher, Harlequin, wants to patent the “Essentail Romantic kiss” and you can help them out by playing around with their interactive kiss creation tool and submitting the unique kissing techniques you’ve perfected on your “rain-beau man” (borrowing from Christelyn here) or brown Belle.

From their site:

We want to know your unique kiss. From romantic to downright quirky, we want to hear them all. Wse the tools to design your kisses, pick your accessories and name your special kiss. It’s simple! You can even make your own prince. Which is a lot easier than kissing all those frogs…

Here’s the tutorial video on how to use the tool:

But one of the cool things about all of this is that you can explore other people’s essential romantic kisses here . It’s a goldmine for kissing tips, tricks and ideas!

Now instead of only having to choose from the french or butterly kiss, you can test out the following with your beau or next hot date:

It’s been five months | The Ride | Johnny | Helen | Ninjakiss Extreme |Help I’ve fallen and I can’t
High thigh lip lock | Texas Tongue Twister (sounds frightening)

and many, many more (as you can see, at the time of publication there are 11 pages to browse through)

Oh, by the way, if you submit your kiss before March 30th and it is voted as one of the top ten kisses you could win a 3-night, 4-day trip for 2 to paris las vegas hotel and casino + airfare this New year’s Eve (2012) so submit your kisses or get to voting!

The Hair Stroke Dip and Kiss was my personal favorite as it was the only one where the couple somewhat looked interracial… The woman kind of appeared to be ethnic (curly hair instead of the flowy hair everyone else chose to use) …. that and the fact that I do like a good petting (Oh, was that TMI? ***)
