Black Woman, Asian Man – Cute Missed Connection
It’s that time again for Midweek missed connection! My Sebastian Kiss the Girl picture may seem totally out of place and unrelated but keep reading and I’ll tie it all up for you, I promise.
This week, the “couple” is a black woman and Asian man, but it’s a really cute story with an important lesson so I couldn’t resist.
late night subway girl 2:00am – m4w
You’re the black girl who ask for directions to manhattan. I`m the asian guy who stayed in the queens plaza subway at your request because you didn’t want to stay there alone with the group of guys who kept looking at you from a distance. we introduce our selves then sat there and talk about books, movies, and music.
All that time i was so nervous because i really like you then the those guys walked pass one of them asking me
“is that your girl” and you said yes, then he said “lucky bastard”. then the E train came, you held my hand and thank me and smile with that beautiful face then it was all over like a dream.
I should have ask for you number but i was too shy.
holp you will see this.

Awww, I hope she reads this. Now if the two struck up a conversation and she even declared him her fake ‘man’ and held his hand, why oh why didn’t he at least TRY to get her number or email address? Ladies and gents, please find a way to get over your fears. I think a lot of guys and girls would benefit from having a singing sebastian on their shoulder motivating them to do the things they want to do but are too scared to do. (I told you I’d make the connection). The lyrics are quite fitting:
Sha-la-la-la-la-la
My, oh, my
Look at the boy too shy
He ain’t gonna kiss the girl
Sha-la-la-la-la-la
Ain’t that sad
Ain’t it shame, too bad
You gonna miss the girl
By the way, how much do you love the song?
In summary, one of the best things you can do for yourself is to truly believe that the only thing to fear is fear itself.

Absolutely love this post. It would be great if she did get the message. I’m very late on this, but better late than never
